Grapefruit & Watermelon Ice Pops

With tangy grapefruit juice, sweet fresh watermelon and fragrant mint, this frozen treat is a nice way to beat the summer heat.

Total Time: 10 minutes (+ 4 hours freezing time)
Makes: 4
Ingredients:
3/4 cup Grapefruit Juice
1/2 cup packed chopped seeded watermelon
4 tsp honey
2 tbsp finely chopped fresh mint
Instructions:
1. In blender, mix together juice, watermelon and honey until smooth. Add mint; mix until blended.
2. Divide among four 1/3-cup ice pop molds. Freeze for 4 to 6 hours or until firm.
Tips:
• Substitute basil for mint if desired.
• Alternatively, freeze as ice cubes and add to sparkling water. Spike with your favorite spirits for refreshing cocktails.
