  • 3/4 cup 100% grape juice
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest
  • 1/2 tsp chopped fresh mint
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger (optional)
  • Salt to taste

Method
 

  1. Whisk ingredients together.
  2. Pour over mixed greens and salad toppings of choice.
