Baked Salmon with Pineapple, Garlic, Herb Sauce

Our favorite type of recipes are ones that don’t require a laundry list of hard to find ingredients. We try to use real ingredients, to make real food that our families will enjoy. This salmon recipe checks all of the recipe boxes. Only uses 5 ingredients – olive oil, salmon, 100% pineapple juice, garlic, parsley, pepper

  • 1 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 2 salmon filets 3-4 oz each
  • 1/2 cup 100% pineapple juice
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp parsley dried
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper


  • Drizzle the bottom of a baking dish with the olive oil
  • Place the salmon filets on top of the olive oil
  • Pour the 100% pineapple juice over the salmon and top with the minced garlic and dried parsley
  • Cover and let marinade for 20 minutes
  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
  • After 20 minutes, uncover and place the fish in the oven for about 12-15 minutes, until cooked through and fish easily flakes with a fork
  • Let cool slightly before enjoying
