What You Need to Know About 100% Juice

March is Nutrition Month – an opportunity for us all to get smart about making healthy food choices. According to the 2015-2020 Dietary Guidelines, only 25% of Americans meet their daily recommendations for fruit consumption. Research shows that those who do meet their goals are likely to do so with a combination of both 100% juice and whole fruit.

We’ve developed a comprehensive toolkit of resources to help you incorporate more fruit into your diet – and if you are a registered dietitian or health professional – educate others.

Consumers are often presented with contradictory nutrition and diet information, and ultimately need science-backed advice that they can trust. The Juice Products Association wants to help alleviate the process of advising, recommending, or writing about 100% juice, and our toolkit provides a one-stop location for the information you need.

Here’s a sneak peek at the resources you’ll find in the toolkit:

  • “The Juicy Facts” Nutrition Fact Sheet and Infographic: Highlight the top takeaways around 100% juice with our practical, fact-filled resources.
