Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz 100% grapefruit juice
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • 100 ml fresh cold brew/drip coffee (or 1 espresso)
  • 2 oz soda
  • ice cubes
  • Rosemary and grapefruit slice for garnish

Method
 

  1. Fill a glass with ice cubes.
  2. Add grapefruit juice to the cup and followed with soda.
  3. Top with coffee and garnish with rosemary and grapefruit slice.
