Smooth and creamy, this frozen banana and pomegranate juice treat is low in fat and dairy-free.

Total Time: 10 minutes (+ 30 minutes freezing time)
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
4 bananas, sliced and frozen
3/4 cup pomegranate juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds (optional)
Instructions:
1. In food processor, combine frozen bananas, pomegranate juice and vanilla; purée until smooth. Scrape into metal bowl or small baking pan. Freeze for 30 to 60 minutes or until firm.
2. Spoon into 4 serving dishes; sprinkle with pomegranate seeds (if using).
Tip: Garnish with a drizzle of melted dark chocolate if desired.
