Sauce Ingredients
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 6 tbsp sugar any sugar, or agave or coconut palm sugar
- 6 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch arrowroot
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
Veggie Bowl Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked brown rice can use frozen or instant brown rice
- 1 crown crown broccoli roughly chopped
- 1 large bell pepper any color, roughly chopped
- 6 green onions
- 2 cups pineapple roughly chopped, or use canned tidbits
- 12 oz firm tofu roughly chopped
Instructions
- Whisk the sauce ingredients together in a bowl.
- Place a large, nonstick pan or wok on medium-high heat.
