Grapefruit Coffee Fizz
Ingredients
- 4 oz 100% grapefruit juice
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
- 100 ml fresh cold brew/drip coffee (or 1 espresso)
- 2 oz soda
- ice cubes
- Rosemary and grapefruit slice for garnish
Instructions
- Fill a glass with ice cubes.
- Add grapefruit juice to the cup and followed with soda.
- Top with coffee and garnish with rosemary and grapefruit slice.
