Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
Rinse blueberries and set aside a few for garnishing; blend all ingredients in a food processor or a blender. Serve immediately.
Garnish with mint leaves and blueberries, if desired. Serve with grilled salmon and asparagus.
