White Grape Juice, Cucumber, Kale & Parsley Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 cup kale leaves
- 1 cup cucumber roughly chopped
- ½ cup parsley
- ½ cup white grape juice
- ½ cup ice cubes
Instructions
